A warm welcome to this guided meditation, designed to help you slowly but surely sink into a wonderful sleep.
This practice combines a steady breathing routine of 4-7-8, which will slow down your thoughts, relax your nervous system and prepare you for sleep. Then comes a gentle Progressive Muscle Relaxation, which has been crafted to help you release any remaining tension throughout your body in a safe and relaxed way. Finally you will be greeted by a series of affirmations, which will repeat a few times as you drift away to a peaceful sleep.
After 40 minutes of vocals, there will be 20 minutes of soothing music to help keep you in this relaxed and sleepy state. I hope you enjoy it!

Tonight, following a relaxation exercise and simple breathwork, you will hear a series of “You Are” affirmations to help tackle negative thought patterns relating to body image, to strengthen your feelings of positivity and gratitude towards your body, to help build confidence while you rest, and to help manifest a healthier relationship with your body.
These affirmations will continue for 8 hours as you drift into a healing sleep, entering your subconscious and boosting positivity for the next day, weeks, and months. A warm welcome to this guided breathing meditation, where we will focus on box breathing. Today you will follow my guidance as we breathe in to a count of 4, hold for 4, breathe out for 4, and hold for 4 before repeating this cycle again and again. And, the more you get used to this, you might want to try and extend the count, but for now, let’s stick with 4 (not for advanced).
This is an advanced 15 minute breathing session, and halfway through we will add an extra count to 5. This version is perfect first thing in the morning, or perhaps before bed, to help you unwind. And for that reason, the music will continue for 10 more minutes, allowing you to drift off, if that is what you need.
